Mercer Millennia 8-Piece Knife Roll Set

Image
Knife Set Since this was a Christmas gift to my son, he was extremely happy with this set. He loves how the fit and feel of these knives while doing prep work for the chef at the resort that he works at. Not all that great The knives are not as sharp as expected; they cut like walmart knives. I know Mercer knives are good but these are not worth the $ Click to Editorial Reviews

Luckily, I discovered this before I used any of the knives in the kit, so I was able to exchange the whole kit for a new one. I double-checked all of the pockets of the replacement before accepting it. I’m crafty, but I would not try to fix that kind of a defect in sewing/construction myself. You ...
