Zwilling J.A. Henckels Cutlery Professional “S” 9″ Chef’s Knife with Board Great quality knife, this is a case where you truly get what you pay for ! I have several knives in this size , and this one is by far the best kitchen knife I own. It feels like quality from the moment you pick it up. Great knife – who cares about the cutting board I researched chef’s knives and chose this one and am very pleased. I really wanted a 9″ and not the more common 8″ or 10″ so I was pleased to find this option on Amazon. The knife is heavy and the handle is solid – the metal goes all the way through the handle so I don’t worry about its durability. I also bought a honing steel and I hone it almost every use. So far (about 6 months) the knife remains very sharp. Happy vegetable chopping! Love this knife.
