Perfect Gift for a Chef! I bought this as a Christmas gift for my fiance, a chef at a large resort. His other case was too small to include anything other than knives, so his fish spat, ring molds and other essentials were either left at home or he had to *insert gasp here* use the ones provided by his employer. Any chef will tell you that using house tools is just not something that is done if you can afford your own equipment. This bag fits everything he could possibly need and more. So far he has had the bag for several months and it shows very little sign of wear, in spite of the fact that it is used several times a day.
