Got this knife to work on eels, but now use it as my everyday, go-to blade. Slicing vegis, small blocked sashimi,

makes the work quick and easy. And now I learn that there is a special eel knife – shorter handle, longer blade?

And the markets which carried live eels no longer has them, its a holiday thing.
