Santoku



Nice knife, dulled a bit quickly.

Very nice. Feels good in the hand and is well-balanced. If I had one complaint, it’d be that the blade dulled fairly quickly. Although, I use those nylon cutting boards not wood or the fancy slate-looking ones they have now, which I’m sure has an impact. Also, I only cut pork, chicken, or veggies with it, not Pineapple or anything really corrosive.
