Fine for fine work

I bought a Sabatier 4" knife years ago, and alas, it was lost during one of our holiday feasts. We used it quite often along with some Wusthof knives. I just replaced it, will get years of use (I hope). A fine kitchen addition, keeps an edge, is balanced and feels good in hand.
