Better than German brand and cuts even biscuits without crumbles

Lamson Sharp knives are excellent, high quality knives MADE IN THE USA. I have several and am now accumulating additonal Lamson Sharp knives for a second home. I thought I’d save money and just get a set of basic knives from the big box store but this was a big mistake as they don’t cut properly, either meat, vegetables, or bread. I immediately bought my second bread knife since I make my own bread and really like a nice clean slice. This knife is also excellent at slicing bagels and biscuits without them tearing or crumbling. I find the weight and balance of the Lamson Sharp knives better than the Westhoff knives I started with before I knew of Lamson Sharp. Hightly recommended.

Incredible Knife, Just Too Short for my Tomato I am a big fan of Global knives. They are wonderfully balanced, expertly sharp, and heaven to hold. This knife is no exception. Chop I’ve wanted a nice cleaver since I saw the Mortal Kombat character ‘Meat’ hacking away at his foes with a sweet pair of them, or was it the Swedish Chef recklessly flailing away in the kitchen on the Muppet Show in the mid 70′s?
