Mac Knife Chef Series Bread/Roast Slicer Knife, 8-3/4-Inch

I have known about MAC knives for some time and have owned a MAC cleaver and chef’s knife for several years so I knew MAC produced quality knives. Finally, after buying three bread knives, one of which was expensive and none of which really sliced through tougher breads easily, I decided to go with the MAC. It is a superb choice and slices bread and more easily.

Beautiful knife

I got this for my mother who never has a sharp knife in her house. This knife is really sharp and nice to work with.

Incredible Knife, Just Too Short for my Tomato I am a big fan of Global knives. They are wonderfully balanced, expertly sharp, and heaven to hold. This knife is no exception. Chop I’ve wanted a nice cleaver since I saw the Mortal Kombat character ‘Meat’ hacking away at his foes with a sweet pair of them, or was it the Swedish Chef recklessly flailing away in the kitchen on the Muppet Show in the mid 70′s?
