Had to return original knife to company

I purchased this knife because my first one after 8 months the blade pulled apart from the handle. The company did finally replace it but it is not easy to do so. The only place I could find a phone number was on the box of the second knife. So if you buy this save the box. Called the Canada number and after several attempts got to leave a message, first call was not returned so a little threat helped to get the second call returned. They approved my return after questioning, no I never put it in the dishwasher. They gave me the address to return it to in Canada, now you have to pack it up and wait. The only way to track your package is to send it Express that would of cost more than the knife was worth, so I choose 1st class $2.09 and could only track it to the border. About a month later I finally got a brand new knife. Now about the knife – love it – it is my favorite knife so no problem having two, perfectly sized and comfortable to use. Incredible Knife, Just Too Short for my Tomato I am a big fan of Global knives. They are wonderfully balanced, expertly sharp, and heaven to hold. This knife is no exception.
