The knives is razor sharp and fork is both as good looking as it is practical. If you are looking for the finest there is, this is it. What a wonderful gift to the “Chef” in your life or to yourself.

beware of the packaging

I think it’s a little pricey for the way it’s packaged. I would of preferred them both to be in the same box. They come in 2 separate boxes.

Incredible Knife, Just Too Short for my Tomato I am a big fan of Global knives. They are wonderfully balanced, expertly sharp, and heaven to hold. This knife is no exception. Chop I’ve wanted a nice cleaver since I saw the Mortal Kombat character ‘Meat’ hacking away at his foes with a sweet pair of them, or was it the Swedish Chef recklessly flailing away in the kitchen on the Muppet Show in the mid 70′s?
