Browne Foodservice MWS91R 8 1/4″ Right-Hand Magna Wonder Slicer
Victorinox knife with slicing guide This is a very nice, very sharp knife, with attached slicer guide; very easy to change settings and though it took me a little practice to master cutting (when to angle), it is working very well. I use it primarily to slice my homemade bread, as I like thinner slices than the traditional bread slicer guides provide; it is also less bulky to store. Plus this knife can be used for meats and cheese too. I figure that some day my kids will be able to have it, so all points figured in, a very good value for the money. There are 2 models, one for right-handed people and one for lefties. Finally! I’ve been looking for this knife for about 10 years. My dad purchased one for my mom through a restaurant supply catalog years ago. I love it to cut bread and I know that I can pre-slice an entire loaf and it will be the right width for a sandwich — not too thin, or too fat, or end up with only half a piece. Never had a problem with my mom’s dulling…. I can’t wait...
