Forschner Chef Knife with Straight Edge



There isn’t a better knife out there!

I’ve been a chef for twenty five years and I’ve never used a better knife. I retired my last 12" Forschner after five years of continuous use at work and I’m thrilled with the new knife. Amazing quality and I’ve brought the old knife, which is now 11", home to use. The only time I use a different knife is when I need something heavy to break through a hard gourd and I don’t want to dull my Forschner, or I need to cut something very small, like a box of button mushrooms. I strongly recommend the Froschner Santouko for smaller jobs!

Best knife ever.

I have tried several knives but they got dull too quick, with this one I have used it for awhile and it seems to stay sharp forever.

great knife for the price , when the knife gets so dull it wou,nt keep an edeg I will buy 3 more, ps. if you dont know how to use a knife properly buy a smaller one, our be carefull!!
